Who we are
With its headquarters in Finland, Iptune was founded in 2005 by a group of mobile network specialists, who can collectively boast decades-worth of extensive experience working within telecom-, vendor- and operator environments. Iptune specialises in software solutions and services to proactively manage value-added and mobile broadband services in IP-data networks. Our customers include leading global operators and network equipment vendors. Through an extensive partner network, and offices in Finland, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, Iptune serves a broad base of customers worldwide.

Our vision
There are technical challenges inherent with all IP-transformations, as well as the growing need to accommodate unprecedented data growth in value-added and mobile broadband services (which include browsing, video streaming, messaging as well as ringtones and gaming etc.). To make the most of the current demand for data, and to continue growing mobile revenues, operators need to effectively convert data about customers, services and usage into actionable insight useful to both their business and technical people – increasingly under pressure to make fast and dynamic decisions that can positively impact customer loyalty.

Our Mission
To enable operators to better manage value-added services and broadband data to maximize revenues and build customer loyalty by proactively addressing performance and service quality concerns before they impact most-valued customers–whether enterprise or consumer.
